Have contacted general help desk and the CEO .Promised call backs but nothing from either so far. Very disappointing start.
i have established not my iPhone 11 at fault as my old provider Vodafone chip works
Can anybody on this forum help as it looks like there will be no official help coming from the executive team ?

Hi there not sure if i’m answering you twice, but No i am just using the new phone number that came with the PAYG big bundle. my old VF sim is in my old iPhone 5s ( i need something that at least i can make calls on!) will maybe xfr number if i can get the O2 sim to allow phone use

Where did you get your sim from and have you activated it by topping up @GTM1 ?

From the O2 website posted out to my home address . I have received confirmation of successful top up and big bundle of double, data, test and minutes etc. Data IS working but not calls or txts
