You will have to register a new and separate account to MyO2 at present until O2 allow merging of accounts again

You need to use a different email to the one for the visable account

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Pat7

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have the same problem!  I have given them another email address but have yet to receive a reply.  It is getting ridiculous, I've been an O2 customer for nearly 20 years and the customer service has gotten worse. Speaking to someone gets me nowhere as they don't seem to understand what I'm on about!!

Apparently the process is for customer service to email you a link to enter a new email address to set up a separate My O2 account

For some insane reason they seem to have appied a fictitious email account to any numbers not transferred over

They have millions of unused redundant O2 email addresses to use.

Quite why someone thought it would be a good idea to apply them at random is beyond belief!
