Hi,

I tried your chat but it was busy.

I had two Virgin numbers on a family  account. Now I have been given a system generated username and migrated.  However I already have an active O2 account . Can I combine into one bill?

Thanks

It's not possible to merge accounts currently until all the Virgin migrations have been completed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

This is rubbish isn't it. I now have two O2 accounts and 2 direct debits. How can a company this size not manage accounts in to one?

Brand new billing and customer management system. Not merging accounts is the least of the problems. Hundreds can't access their accounts at all

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It is possible to semi merge accounts now but it's not a perfect solution.

Try the below steps to try and re-link your accounts?

Login to My O2 with one account

From the My O2 drop-down menu select 'Manage your details'

Your delegates

Add Delegate

Enter details and add Delegate for the other account

You will then get an email to your associated email account, follow the link in this email.

Read the details and accept.

Enter information and submit.

Both accounts should then show on your original login.
