I have a volt SIM contract in my name for my OH's phone, but then started another standard pay monthly contract last month for my own phone (I had previously been with a different provider). When I log into MyO2, I can access my OH's phone details, but not my own. When I try to add it to my account, I get a message saying there is already an account registered for this number, but I can't find any way to access it. The original account was registered under my email address, and that is the only address 02 have for me for my new contract - so it can't be a case of using 2 different emails. How do I sort this? - I'd rather be able to see my own contract if it's a choice, but I don't even have that.

You should be able to see your own device in My O2.
You need to contact O2 so they can reset your account.
