cant seem to get vat invoice, a basic legal requirement, the website just directs you to call o2. i call and nobody even answers - pathetic. shocking none service

maybe a call to HMRC may sort out o2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VAT invoices are provided to all business accounts by default.

If you are contravening the T&C's by using a consumer account for business, you will need to request VAT invoicing by calling O2.

I think @mf10 that calling HMRC would be akin to 'phoning O2 ; hours of waiting for the call to be answered. 

In fact, HMRC are probably an organisation that make O2's call answering performance look good.  🤣
