Can’t access my O2 account

Hi,Ever since signing up in June 2023, I haven’t been able to access my account. Everytime I log in online or in the app it comes up with an error. Please could you fix this so I can manage my settings and check data use in the app.thabks

Resolved! Direct Debit

I have received an email about an unpaid bill (threatening to cut me off), yet I setup a Direct Debit before the bill was due. No payment has yet been taken (it says it will be taken on 15-21, yet today is 22nd). What is happening here?

Hello,i got into contact and said I couldn’t pay my bill. I’m going to pay this month but I think you’ve terminated my account I really can’t pay all that you expecting at once. please I can pay the £31 on the 24th of this month
