unable to log in to my accounts

Hi,
I am unable to log in to my O2 account.
I was a virgin media customer. The log in details i have for My O2, say that i have no linked accounts, when i try to log in through the My O2/Virgin media combined login, it is not accepting my Virgin log in details.
In fact it is saying that me email address is not valid. Which is not the case.
As it stands, i cant access my mobile accounts at all.

Doesn't work. Phoned them, still no fix. I am going to switch.
