Can’t log into my o2 app

I cant login onto the myo2 app to view my account, bills etc. Been logged out automatically and now can’t get back in. Never had an issue before, can login online but get the message “no products or services this account. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have the same problem. Phoned them repeatedly. No fix. I will switch provider if they don't fix it in the next few days,
