i cannot access my 4 digit deliver code

My old phone is broken and my sim was in it at the time I got sent the 4 digit deliver code I'm guessing. So when the deliver driver came to my door I couldn't give him the code so he left. and I haven't been sent it by email of the code so there no way of me getting the code. Is there a way to get the code resent and I can have my sim on a another phone.

Can you get the sim out of your old phone?

If not, you'll need to ask O2.
