I have been trying to get into my account but i have two nubers and mobile phones. It shows my wife device but not mine, i get seperate bills for each device but i cant log into my contact number. All i want to do is upgrade my mobile etc. but it is impossible to find out how to do it.I ask to speak to someone on my laptop but all i get is we will check if someone or one of our agents is free. Nothing ever happens. I am close to going to another provider if someone from O2 does not contact me.

You need to go into My O2 and click on the link to bring in other products.
To be honest you would be better to speak to customer service rather than use live chat but that may be something of a personal choice for me.

@frankrowe O2 will not contact you. If you want to upgrade then the best way to do that is go to your local o2 shop
