I have an itunes payment of £2.99 taken every month, and do not know how to stop this, I do not use Itunes

you will need to check with Apple as all o2 do is pass on the charge to them, added to that the only way you can be charged by Apple is by authenticating your number with Apple.. 

iTunes also includes iCloud, App Store and other Apple Services.. 


Apples Support can be access here, and use your Apple ID https://support.apple.com
