hi i called o2 and i was on pay and go , I wanted a esim and they signed me up for 10 pound pm . so I got a esim , but they have given me a new number I want my old pay and go number . i need some help on why they haven't kept the number

You can transfer it yourself, @sashauk - Guide: Migration & porting into O2 - or go into an O2 shop with photo id and let them complete the migration for you. Good luck!
