I went for the free 6month trial of Disney+ which i've been using for the past week or two but everytime I check my extra's on my02 it says 'You've got XX days left to activate it.'
I've already activated it and want to manage the subscription (cancel the auto-renew) but I can't when it says that.
Is there a way to fix this? Is there a risk my free trial will end if not resolved?

I wouldn't worry about it. I activated mine last week (on my PC). It still tell me on my phone I need to activate it. System needs to catch up I think.
As for cancelling, you can't do this until the 6 months are nearly up.

You need to wait for 28 days and it will stop telling you to activate it.
After that, you can manage it too.
