Hi, In the past I’ve had two device plans with O2, both of which are long paid off and closed, however both still show as “active products” on myO2? Any ideas how to get rid of them?

It took me 2 complaints to find someone who could remove them, it is down to the o2 extended warranties on some stuff..

So 1st step is to call up o2 on 202 and then if it doesnt get done log a complaint, make sure you included the linked ID which will show..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
