My monthly tariff

I was moved to O2 from Virgin in July 2023. I want to reduce my tariff as I do not require all the data in my package. Please tell me how as I can't seem to do it on the website.

I want to leave 02, have tried 3 times already to call to end the contract and wasted 1hour on this, as the 02 signal in my area is so poor I cannot get through the phone, and the customer service on the other side cannot hear me!
