Wrong name on registration account

Hi, I have just registered for My O2, I dont currently have a contract with O2 but I would like to switch my number to a O2 pay monthly sim only contract.
The name field pre populated and now has the wrong first name on My O2 which I cannot amend to place the order, can someone please kindly advise if I can change this to move forward? Many Thanks

You can get it changed by contacting O2 if you are overly concerned.

(Though one of our members has had the wrong first name on his account for years apparently)

All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

0800 587 4005 is the best one to call.

Alternatively, you could log out of My O2, delete the app, reinstall and start again?
