MyO2 is showing old phone as my device

MyO2 is still showing my old phone as the device. Number has been switched to new phone and I am getting emails relating to new phone, and MyO2 has correct details with regard to order, payment etc for new phone. I don't think I can change this?

I bought a sim with disney plus for 6 months free recently. I read that to claim it i go into the my o2 app and extras and then add it on. When i look at the disney plus extra it says add for 5.99 a month - how do i access it for free?
