Where has my Data gone?

I bought 12gb of extra data - better value.I've only used 1gb (I'm not a heavy user).Now MyO2 says I have run out.My 'dashboard' says I still have 11gb.What is going on please?

Does anyone know how to get through the FAQ process and actually get a response from someone. It said ASK ALICCE or somesuch but any question I asked was clearly answered by a robot as it was just general rubbish and not specific at all.HELP please
