Wrong data being shown, not what is in the contract.

Good afternoon,

Not a good start off of o2, I was basically forced to get a sim only contract when I was sorting out my virgin media contract, well I haven't even received my sim and there are already problems.

1st. The app was down, wouldn't let me see my extras.

2nd. When it did get up and running the data shown is wrong, happily asking me to upgrade already for more, but in the contract sent over to my email off virgin but from yourselves says I have 4 gb of data and unlimited messages/calls. The app is showing 2 gb of data.

3rd. I tries using the automated chat and the bot was useless, it didn't understand what I wanted, so I asked for a breakdown option and it said unlimited calls, 18 m and 2 gb of data... come on, what's going on?

4th. I asked to speak to someone, happily would've waited but apparently your all too busy that I can't even wait for someone to answer my short question... so now I am here asking people who are, I am guessing, not actually paid to deal with customer complaints. 🙄

Your data will be doubled under the volt offer from 2 to 4gb.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
