Have you tried signing-in to the MyO2 link at the top of this webpage ?
Have you tried deleting the app from your handset, restarting your handset and the reinstalling the app ?
There seem to be other reports of folks having issues logging in, so if those solutions do not work, it might be an idea to try again tomorrow.
