Why am I getting charged for a text each day that I have never made

I have noticed on my bill that I am being charged every day for a text to 00358504803716 that I have never made. Obviously it is to another country. I have never made a text to another country. I do not know who this number is for and after doing a search on the internet there is no information on this number listed. I object strongly to you charging me for texts that I have never made. If this continues, I will be changing provider.

You need to contact O2.

From my original notice about the incorrectbill, I have found out some other details. I was originally with Virgin until o2 took over. I have since spoken to other ex-Virgin people and have found that since o2 took over, they have also been billed for texts that they have never made. Anyone who was on Virgin and now on o2 needs to check their bills and current usage to find out if they are also being scammed out of money for texts they have never made.
