That facility has been removed from bills on Consumer Tariffs which are now shown VAT inclusive.

A vat breakdown is shown on your bill but it is not a vat invoice.

@MI5 None of my downloaded bills show a VAT breakdown in any shape or form.

Maybe a 360 thing 🤔

All figures include VAT where applicable.

Can confirm - "new" bills on the 360 platform do not show before, VAT and total - just the all figures include VAT where applicable and then this is not a VAT invoice.

"Old" bills that were pre 360 do have sub-total, VAT and total.

Perhaps the show VAT request (I think I had made that request) has not been carried over?

@Dave-O2 can you ask what's going on?

I think that VAT invoices should be compulsory but even on the old legacy accounts a lot of customers only got the VAT breakdown

My bills are still VAT invoices and stated as such

Well, at least my humble 1p mobile allows me to download a VAT receipt for each top up.😉

@gmarkj Thanks for the tag on this one, if you're a 360 customer and you want your bills to have a VAT breakdown this will need to be requested via customer service.

Once the change is made on the account, the bills will have the breakdown 👍
