Bit confused now @Dave-O2 - surely if bills before the move had it, bills after should too?

Why would you (collectively) turn off something a customer had previously requested?

The only info as to the reason I get on 360 is

 

"To make our charging clearer, we’ve moved your bill to VAT inclusive. This means there’s no longer a breakdown of VAT. If you use your mobile for business and require a VAT bill to submit your accounts, please chat with us online."

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@gmarkj I understand this isn't ideal, however, this is how the 360 system works and VAT won't show on bills unless this is requested once a customer migrates.
