Hey all,
I've been daft when ordering my upgrade...I was in such a mess trying to order the upgrade (because I couldn't figure out how to change my billing address, that's another mess!) that I missed entering a promo code on the order.
Now it's okay if I can't I guess, but I wanted to cancel the upgrade and then re order it with the code applied. But can't see anywhere to do it. I assume I just need to call O2 when I can, but is there any way online to do this?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Thanks, I don't know why I didn't think of twitter.
Appears that I won't get a response until tomorrow (and that's if I can get a response due to the Queen's Funeral Bank Holiday).
Fingers crossed I'll get it sorted, just wanted to know if there were any other options. Thanks!
