I ordered a new iPhone on the 21st of July this was never delivered. When I contacted o2 they sent me another one as the original one had been lost. However when the new iPhone was sent out none of my add ons I paid for (£220) in total was sent, leaving me £220 out of pocked and overpaying monthly for things I never received. I have contacted you guys multiple times now spending hours trying to get this sorted, I simply want a refund of my £220 but still has not been sorted after being assured by your staff over the phone it is. I am at a total loss of what more to do can someone please inform me?
