Hello I upgraded to a iPhone pro max which was 3 weeks wait but it keeps going up is it in order placed time to wait for phone

Apple can't provide the networks in sufficient supply
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Maybe think about cancelling and try and find an outlet with stock

Of course, with all of the different configurations and colours, that article does simplify the position. And then there is the issue of how the networks prioritise use of the stocks that they actually receive.
