Hello,
After I enter My O2 email address and password, O2 wants to send a security code to a mobile number that I no longer have. This prevents me from being able to access my O2 account. I am 50 miles from the nearest O2 shop so can't get face-to-face help. Any suggestions how I can get my account details changed so a code can be sent to my current mobile. Thanks. Peter.
