My contract finished. I don’t live in England. I paid my final bill. You charged me for a device plan for a month after the 3 year plan was over. I want the money back.
When I try to login to my online account you need to txt me a code to a UK number to get access.
As stated above, I can’t access my phone living in Australia.
This is not acceptable behaviour. You’ve charged me with out my authorisation for the transaction.
Please return the money and compensate me asap if I will seek legal advice and sue you for wrongdoings.

We are a customer to customer COMMUNITY
To try and address your problem suggest you may be able to contact o2 on their SOCIAL MEDIA SITES

Send them a message and you can establish why there may be an extra charge.
