I really need some help, basically I rang O2 today on my phone to claim on my insurance due to my phone being smashed at the back, the claim was successful, I have policy number and another number which i took note of.
DPD are collecting my phone tomorrow but I have stupidly put my phone into factory reset and have taken the SIM out to go into my Sons phone - it wont work in my Sons phone so DPD will not be able to get hold of me? I cant get onto my emails because I cant remember password and to verify password they send a code to my phone? The phone is being picked up by DPD tomorrow between 9.00 and 5.00, I have my work phone they could get hold of me on but I have no way of giving them my number?
Is there anything you could suggest I do please?

Could you not put your sim in your work phone @Emmah1 ?
