I have had a call from 0344 826 0202 saying they want to change my contract from Carphone warehouse to O2. He offered me a brand new iPhone 12 at no cost. It sounded too good to be true. I said can I have this in an email and he said no. Has anyone else had this?

@JordanW

Never upgrade from a cold call.

Always call O2 directly as you can't be sure if it's a scam otherwise.

Reported as such https://who-called.co.uk/Number/03448260202

edit for spelling

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

They've also deliberately tried to make the number look like a genuine O2 number which is 0344 809 0202
