So I have just got a brand new phone today that came with a brand new 5G ready sim. When removing my SD card from my old phone my old sim managed to get sheared in half and no longer works. This means that I cannot get the sim swap code sent by text message. I also do not have a landline phone to call the customer service. How do I go about getting my new sim activated?
