Replacement sim

My husband is in hospital and he has lost his sim card for his phone. 

I cant see anywhere on the website to get a replacement except by calling but my husband is unable to use his phone due to his injuries. Can anyone help?

You can no longer order a sim online.

It needs to be reported lost via this route Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

A replacement sim will be sent to the home address.

You can use your phone to report the loss but your husband  will need to be there to give his security details.
