I requested a PAC Code on Saturday evening (3 days ago) by phoning O2's helpline, as directed from the O2 website. I had previously tried texting and going through MY O2, the other options suggestion online, with neither option working. I was told that I couldn't be given a PAC Code over the telephone and had to email print.data@o2.co.uk - 24 hours later I received a delivery failure message back from postmaster. I called again last night and was told there was no 'dot' in the email address, so emailed printdata@o2.co.uk - I have just received another delivery failure message, again after a 24 hour wait.
Are O2 deliberately withholding my PAC Code from me?

Sounds like complete rubbish.
Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]
Keep trying O2 or message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thank you both,
After several hours chatting on facebook messenger and a fair amount of nudging, I finally received my PAC code.
Who knows what the printdata (or variant of) email address was supposed to be, ah well.
Thanks again
Tom
