Repeat credit check failure

Hi, hoping someone can help,

 

I've been with O2 for the past few years, and have had repeatedly failed credit checks whenever I've tried over the past 3 months. My husband even tried and had the exact same. Having checked my credit report, I can see O2 have run a credit check on an address that doesn't exist, which I would assume has caused an automatic fail. 

 

The first time trying to obtain an authorisation, as advised by the outlet I ordered the device from, I went round and round in circles to no avail. 

 

Having seen all other complaints about the credit referrals team, I would appreciate if someone could help resolve this before I'm forced to leave the network due to no fault of my own.

@J_McC93 If you're failing the credit check from O2 you can be reasonably certain you'll fail it with the other networks as well. You need to try to get your file amended before you do anything else. Take a look at these links I found. One should help you:
