Hello everyone,

I have a query. I am currently with o2 on a sim only plan and have it registered on an email address and use myo2 app. I recently bought another phone contract through a third party company which is also on o2. I used the same email address to buy this contract (I ported another number over from three to o2 which has been now successful).

So my question is, how can I register this new phone number on the same email address?

Go to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and find the option to "bring in other products"

Follow this path to combine your acounts.
