Hi does anyone have an update on wheh recent charges are going to be back in my o2 please.it’s been two weeks now ?

O2 service is not good as it use to be. 6 weeks later and still not resolved and this is not the first time this has happened.

As well as being inconvenient we tell people to look at recent charges to see if community rewards have been added...

Not yet I'm afraid @gmarkj @Sam21 but we are expecting a fix very soon. Again, our sincere apologies for the delay, this has turned out to be a rather tricky one but hopefully we will have it all back and running soon!
