Randam call offering me a discount

I received a call from Telephone number 01204 802595 offering me a discount of 20% off my bill was this a valid call ?

190% a scam.. 

Do not give them any personal information, and do not give them the One Time Password that they will get the system to send to you.. as you become liable for anything they do.

I did think that was the case and will never agree to anything or give information away.

Can I ask what O2 will do about this as they blatantly calling up pretending to be O2 when they are not ?

@AFDCleary There isn't anything O2 can do. It happens on every network and no one can prevent these calls at this point in time. You just have to be vigilant.
