Hi, I've been switching to others supplier for weeks, and my o2 account has £0.68 credit, I've tried to request for refund on the my O2 app, but I can't get access due to my account is not available now, so could you help to get my refund ?

Resolved! Where have my phone details gone on My02

HiLogged into my 02 account on my desktop today, only an old account showing (I have 3 current contracts which normally show on there, pay monthly).My 02 app shows the same.What is happening!!! Does anyone from 02 know the cause of this?Many thanks
