Problems with logining onto my 02 App.

Hello,

I am posting here because I am having problems accessing my 02 app. I can login fully with no problems on my laptop. However, with exactly the same details when I am trying to login into my 02 App it is saying my details do not match.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can overcome this?

Either force stop the app and clear its cache, or uninstall and reinstall it, @02app
