I can’t login in My O2 app, I typed correct username and password, but it constantly popped up “something went wrong”. Then I login in the website, it shows that I have no orders which is weird because I have a 15£/20GB plan. Could you please help me with this? Thank you!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Quinn1 This is an open forum and you have just given your login email to my O2, valuable information to scammers.

If you go into your post and click on the down arrow next to your name and choose edit to remove.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi,

I'm also receiving the exact same problem so which link do I need? As contacting these people are a nightmare.

On a separate question received letter from them saying need to change username and password and I can then give someone else access to my account. But if I don't want to give anyone access to my account then surely I don't have to change it right?

@Lonelyguy38

You generally won't get a prompt reply on this forum if you re-open a dormant thread ; better to start a new conversation and to articulate your problem.

If you are having difficulties logging into MyO2, you can try online at :-

https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

If you are using the app, try deleting it, restarting your handset and then reinstalling the up to date version of the app.

Otherwise you need to contact O2 Customer Service :-

Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB

X : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW

Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Alternatively, you can 'phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 if you are a contract customer ; or on 4445 or 0344 8090222 if you are on PAYG.

Full details of how to contact O2 are in :-

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I would not be inclined to give anyone access to my account ! 👍
