I have recently wrongly received a parking ticket when I know on that date and time frame given by the car park owners I was not in the location they claim stationary I was in another town. My last option is to ask my phone provider o2 to confirm my location of phone calls received on that date and time frame is this possible! If so how do I make this request?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you have an Android phone, with location tracking enabled, your Google Maps Timeline may help show where you were at the time that this company thinks you were stationary in their car park, @TracyStephenson - https://www.google.co.uk/maps/timeline

I am not sure what the equivalent is if you have an iPhone, but I am sure there is something similar on that class of mobile too.

Good luck!
