O2 prices rise each year by inflation plus 3.9%. That would apply this year if you joined before March 25th.
Sadly, it is becoming obvious from the Virgin Mobile forum this is not being conveyed to customers.
You arr in the situation were Virgin will not do anything about it and O2 are simply applying their T&Qs
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
