I am wanting to pay off my device plan and leave O2. Just wanting to know that if I pay off my device plan in full, do I still need to pay my airtime plan till next November 2021 when it’s supposed to end?

No, once the device is paid off you can cancel the airtime for free Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?
