I need to pay my O2 bill but I can’t log into the app to pay nor can I call as I am in New Zealand and don’t have access to the sim associated with my account. I cannot pay

You can reach the Payment Management team on +44 800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
