Hi 

i applied by phone on the 12th September for my new phone and sim contract a simple renew of contract . but to this day im still on old contract old phone still on o2 15 phone calls and every time its 5 days im tether end with this its costing me more than what im supposed to be paying what else . im told by the really helpful staff there is no customer complaints team and wait another 5 days , does any one from 02 look at this and willing to help

O2 do have a customer complaints' team @balloonist, but you do not want to use it. At the moment, it is taking O2 up to eight weeks to investigate and respond to complaints, and during that period, you will likely find that other O2 teams will be either unable or unwilling to engage with you.
