Hi
i applied by phone on the 12th September for my new phone and sim contract a simple renew of contract . but to this day im still on old contract old phone still on o2 15 phone calls and every time its 5 days im tether end with this its costing me more than what im supposed to be paying what else . im told by the really helpful staff there is no customer complaints team and wait another 5 days , does any one from 02 look at this and willing to help
