Hi, i’m trying to cancel my 02 contract as i’ve moved to another country that 02 doesn’t cover but it won’t let me cancel and it says the contact you

I’ve paid my bill - why is it not shown as paid??

Can’t start the process to keep my number on the O2 app

I’m new to O2 today and on the app I’m trying to keep my number. I try to click on the “i’ve inserted my sim button” it loads and then does nothing. I really want to keep my number but i’m not having any luck so far.

been getting repeated calls from this number asking for direct debit details for a o2 sim I took out a sim with my broadband and all details for direct debit, code for number transfer were taken then on the online form ! Is this legit I keep ignoring...
