I've just had a text saying my order's gone through but I haven't ordered anything. When I look at the order it just says VAS change £36.97 a month. Am I a victim of fraud?

I just received the following text:
Just confirming your order has gone through - thanks. Your order number is (REDACTED), and you can check on its progress through My O2: https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk/order-history
To be clear, I haven’t ordered anything-so worried I might be getting scammed, didn’t click the link in text but did check my account and order history. Like other customers with the same issue and concern, my Oder history says I’ve ordered “Vas, change”
What does this mean? What is it? What exactly has changed? What has been ordered and by whom?

It's automated messages that are generated when you are moved to the new billing system. Technically customers weren't supposed to receive them.

O2 has confirmed for us that the VAS, Change notification was sent in error and was due to a technical issue.
The out of bundle charges reduction is a genuine notification and relates to the out-of-bundle charges that they would have contacted you about previously. You don’t need to do anything.
