Hi @Shaquille377

The simple answer is no, im afraid as the number dies along with the contract at termination, and then after a certain length of time it will be re added into the pool for allocation.

Hi @Shaquille377

No sorry once the number has been removed from an account it's gone, unless you asked for a PAC code and this has happend fairly recently, but if its a very old number sadly you will not be able to get it back.

Hope that helps.

Hi @Shaquille377

As we can not look into individual accounts within the O2 community, the best people to speak to will be on 202 our customer service team.

They can then check the old account and see if it is still eligible to move the number out.

I do hope you get it sorted.

Everone has the option to keep their number if they leave @Shaquille377

You should have got your PAC before leaving O2.

Just for info, the number is only rented to you and will always legally belong to the network. It isn't your number.
