O2 priority app not working since my number has been ported

Hello,

 

My number has recently been ported to O2 and the app no longer loads, it will send the 6 digit code to my ported O2 number but then states the message "your phone number xxx is not eligible to enjoy PRIORITY"

How do i fix this please? it's been like it last few days.

You need to wait for the system to catch up.. usually a couple of days.
