O2 open constantly down. Cannot add discount codes. Is anyone else having this issue? 

My page when I login just says sorry there's been a problem

I raised a complaint but they couldn't tell me why its been down nor when it would be up again and could only offer compensation

Best thing to do is contact o2 via social media and ask them to apply the code use @o2 on twitter 

Its been flaky for months just like most of o2's customer facing platfoms... 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
